There are several roles with different permissions:
Users can be added to more than one role. However, since project Observers are mostly end-clients, they will likely only be added to the Observer role.
Observer permissions are determined by the Research Coordinator.
If you are added to the Observer role, you will have the following permissions:
The Observers CAN:
- View Project Details
- General info
- Duration
- Join and view the live sessions (if allowed by the Research Coordinator)
- View / Download the archives (if allowed by the Research Coordinator)
- View the calendar in the Sessions tab (if allowed by the Research Coordinator)
- View the participants in the Participants tab (if allowed by the Research Coordinator)
The Observers CANNOT:
- Edit any project details
- Add / Remove users (other Observers, Recruiters, Moderators)
- See other users who have been added to the project
- View any participant’s Personally Identifiable Information at any point (even if given full project permissions by a Research Coordinator)
- Create stimuli templates (regardless of permission levels)
