Observer Quick Access Links are enabled and distributed to Observers by the Research Coordinator for the project. Observer Quick Access Links are used to bypass the account creation procedure for Observers and grant easy access to the project and sessions.
If Observer Quick Access Links are enabled for your project, your Research Coordinator will distribute these to you (typically via email).
The Observer Quick Access Link will look similar to this one: https://iv.focusvision.com/quick-access/d90ab5d4-2887-4068-818d-17aa7c90df47
Note: Observer Quick Access links are project-specific. If you are an Observer on more than one project which utilizes Observer Quick Access Links, each project will have its own unique link.
To log in to the Digital Interviews platform, click the link and the following page will open in your browser:
Enter your display name and click “Join”.
Note: Even if you enter your full name, Participants are never able to see your presence, at any stage.
Next, you will be taken to the Dashboard, where all the sessions on the project for the day are displayed in your local time zone:
To access the non-live portion of the project, including archived recordings, click on the Projects button. Since the Observer Quick Access links are project-specific, only one project will be displayed:
