There are several roles with different permissions:
Users can be added to more than one role (e.g., a Recruiter may also be a Research Coordinator and/or a Moderator for a project). You can identify your role in a project by looking at the “My Role” column on the Projects page.
Recruiters have limited permissions extending only to adding participants and scheduling sessions.
If you are only added to the Recruiter role you will have the following permissions:
The Recruiter CAN:
- View Project Details:
- General info
- Duration
- Privacy
- Add participants in the Participants tab
- Add / Delete / Reschedule sessions in the calendar
- Assign Moderators and participants when scheduling sessions in the calendar
- View participants’ Personally Identifiable Information
- View participants’ testing statuses
- Re-send participant invites
- Copy participant invite links
The Recruiter CANNOT:
- Edit Project Details
- Add / Remove users (Observers, other Recruiters, Moderators) to the project
- See other users who have been added to the project (Observers, other Recruiters, Moderators)
- Access live sessions
- Access archives
- View participants and sessions added by other Recruiters (if the project is utilizing multiple recruiters)
- Add / Edit / Delete stimuli templates
- Assign stimuli templates to sessions
- Assign participants who have been added by other Recruiters to sessions (if the project is utilizing multiple Recruiters)
