There are several roles with different permissions:
Users can be added to more than one role (e.g., a Moderator may also be a Research Coordinator and/or a Recruiter for a project). You can identify your role in a project by looking at the “My Role” column on the Projects page.
Moderators have limited permissions.
If you are only added to the Moderator role, you will have the following permissions:
The Moderator CAN:
- View Project Details:
- General info
- Duration
- Privacy
- View past and future sessions in the calendar
- View Participant testing statuses
- Edit stimuli templates
- Add new stimuli templates
- Assign stimuli templates to sessions
- View the archives
- Start the Live Sessions on Self-Service Projects
The Moderator CANNOT:
- Edit project details
- Add / Remove users (Observers, Recruiters, other Moderators) to the project
- See other users who have been added to the project
- Add new sessions / Reschedule existing sessions
- Add new Participants to already created sessions
- Add other Moderators to already created sessions
- View Participant PII– email, phone number
- Add / Remove Participants from the Participants tab
